Yes. Belmann Travel's preferred partners are ABTA & ATOL protected, meaning your money is fully secured under a licence issued by the Civil Aviation Authority if you book a package. In the unlikely event that a travel partner goes bust, you are financially covered. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance from the moment you book, as it covers circumstances that fall outside of the ATOL & ABTA protections, such as medical, cancellations and lost luggage. Your peace of mind is non-negotiable.

That said, Anna has pulled together extraordinary itineraries on relatively short notice when availability allows. As a general guide, six to nine months is ideal for a considered, unrushed process. Anna has deep first-hand knowledge across the USA, India, Southern Asia, Japan, Southern Africa, Europe and Australia and she continues to travel regularly to refresh her understanding and discover new properties, guides, and experiences. If a destination falls outside her personal experience, she draws on a trusted network of in-country partners who meet her standards. You never receive a recommendation she has not personally vetted.

Belmann Travel does not operate with strict minimums, because every enquiry is different. A week-long European beach break and a three-week Patagonia expedition require very different planning, and both deserve the same level of care.
